Raw, vegetarian cooking classes
All of our classes focus on two things: preparing a great dish and educating you about the ingredients and how they affect your body.
Our classes are Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Vegetarian (some are even Vegan), Raw, and use only the best ingredients. We prepare all the dishes right in front of you, making sure everyone has the chance to ask questions. You will be holding a detailed recipe card and step-by-step instructions that will help you when you get home and decide to amaze your friends with what you've learned.
We will share how a smoothie can make you stronger and how a raw pie can aid in your weight-loss goal. As well - consider this a night out, because no one will leave hungry - we eat everything we prepare!
