Please note that our online prices do not always reflect our retail prices. There are deals that will be available exclusively online or exclusively offline. Prices and products selection vary in store and online. Note, when you shop online you are not earning loyalty VibrantPoints, and you are responsible for shipping charges.


The 10% off discount for ordering 3+ products only applies to those brands that permit such discounts (your discount will be applied automatically in the cart). Genestra, Pharmax, Thorne, Douglas Laboratories, UNDA and Wobenzym do not permit us to offer these discounts.


We are pleased to offer free shipping in Canada (excluding northern provinces and territories) for all orders exceeding $100 before tax that weigh less than 2.5Kg.

Every Expedited Package is insured for up to $100 by Canada Post. In rare situations, where a package is lost we will work with Canada Post to receover the cost of the order and shipping. Please note, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

****Orders shipped to the Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut may carry an additional shipping charge.

We do not ship outside of Canada


Orders are usually shipped on the same day as they are received (if the order is placed before 1pm EST) or the next day.

- Delivery time is 1-5 business days in Ontario and Quebec, and 2-8 business days in the West and the East.

If part of your order is out of stock, we will do our best to replenish the missing items and ship out your order 100% completed. However, there are times when re-stocking a products takes a long time. In which case, we will contact you for options.

We do not ship outside of Canada


Your ordering process is secured with the highest level of security available and is provided by one of the world leaders in ecommerce. Tracking is available through the Canada Post website: http://www.canadapost.com


In an unlikely event that your item is out of stock you will be contacted immediately with the estimated time of that item becoming available again. You will be given the option to have your other items shipped to you without the out-of-stock product or to wait for the item to become available and have the whole order shipped together.

It doesn't happen very often, but if you find an error in your order, phone us within one week of receiving it and we will correct it as soon as possible.

Availability cannot be guaranteed for Special items, Bonus packs and Limited time offers. Please phone if you are interested in a particular offer and we will be able to let you know if it is currently available.


Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please phone us ahead of time to obtain your RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization); we cannot process a return without one. A 15% restocking fee may apply. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

If you live in Toronto and not satisfied with one of the products you can return it yourself to the store and save on shipping, however your refund less the restocking fee will be returned to you electronically and NOT at the store. Again, please call ahead for RGA.

However, manufacturers do adjust their prices occaisionally and we try our very best to have the most accurate and correct information on our site at all times. In case a mistake occurs you will be notified immediately and we will make every effort for good customer service, but such errors cannot be honoured.

Any images are provided for illustration purposes only. Manufacturers do change the look of their products and our team is working very hard to ensure accuracy of presented information. However, we will not be held responsible for the discrepancy between the image and the actual product in case the manufacturer has stopped producing or otherwise altered the old packaging. Please always read the product description, do not rely solely on the image.

In case of doubt - especially if you feel a product may have been discontinued, please always contact us via email for confirmation of availability.
